Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of msgrowth.com.au and to services provided by MSgrowth (ABN 40 184 284 930). Each client also signs a service agreement, and if anything in these terms conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement applies.
Our services
We provide Meta advertising management, lead capture, lead follow-up automation, reporting and, where agreed, website and landing page builds. The exact scope, fees and start date are set out in your service agreement.
Fees and ad spend
Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless your service agreement says otherwise. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is separate from our fee.
No lock-in
Services run month to month. Either party can end the arrangement with written notice before the next billing date, as set out in your service agreement.
First-month guarantee
If the revenue from new clients generated by the ads in your first month doesn't cover our management fee, we'll keep working for free until it does. The guarantee is included in your signed service agreement, which sets out how new-client revenue is counted. It relies on you following up leads promptly and telling us which leads became clients. It doesn't cover advertising spend paid to Meta. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Results
Results shown on this website are real client results. Every business is different, and results depend on your offer, location, market and how quickly you follow up enquiries.
Your accounts and content
You own your ad account, Facebook page, customer data and the content you supply. You give us permission to use your content to run your campaigns.
