What we collect

Details you give us through our website forms, booking calendar, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, phone, email or SMS: usually your name, business name, phone number, email address and information about your business.
For our clients: business, advertising and customer information needed to run campaigns, including access to Meta ad accounts and leads generated for you.
Website usage data collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and improve our advertising.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and book calls.
To provide our services to clients, including managing ads, lead follow-up and reporting.
To send you messages about your enquiry or our services. We only send marketing SMS or email with your consent, every message identifies us, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including GoHighLevel (our CRM, booking and messaging platform), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Zoom, Google and our payment providers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell your personal information.

Automated tools

We use automated messaging, and in some cases AI-assisted replies, to follow up enquiries quickly. A person reviews conversations and you can ask to speak with Ben at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints
